It's been a wild few months!

Some of you have emailed and I agree it's been far too long in between posts.

The past few months have been extremely hectic for me with lots of closed sales.

Don't get me wrong I am not complaining.

I am thrilled to be one of the few agents that have increased their sales and grown their business this year.

Which brings me to what I came to share.

The 2009 market is expected to be very similar to 2008.

If experience shows me anything it's that in order to receive top dollar for your home you must offer the buying pool value!!

Timing will be crucial in early 2009.

Many believe the spring market starts in April.

Well I have a secret to share.

The spring market starts much earlier than that.

Buyers are watching and waiting and by entering the market early in 2009 or even late in 2008 you will most likely receive a higher sales price than you would in Spring of 2009.

Why?

Less inventory!! With less homes to compete with your home brings more value to the buyer pool.

So if you are considering a sale next year and a difference of a few thousand means alot to you take the time to meet with me sooner rather than later and let's discuss what can be done now to maximize your sales price later.

Homes are selling every day of the week.

I have been lucky to be a part of many lately that have had multiple offers resulting in bidding wars.

It's still a great time to sell if you have the right agent!
